Leasing
Do you love horses? Are you a responsible adult but don`t have time or money for the full time commitment of owning one? Don`t want to pay $30.00 to $50.00 per hour to ride?
Lease one! We feed, clean, take care of the horse and you ride, two days a week for $160.00 per month. This is only $20.00 a day. Get a couple of friends together so you will have somebody to ride with.
Discounted lessons included with lease, $20.00 per hour instead of $60.00 so you can learn as you go. No experience necessary, learn the basics on up to whatever level you wish to achieve.

RULES OF LEASING
- Leasing is for trail riders only.
- Leasing is not for exibitions like barrel racing.
- Ring work is under an instructor only. Tamara Armour-Bell is our qualified instructor.
- Trail riding is held to the insurance guidelines. Walk and trot only, nothing faster, if caught in violation lease ends immediatly with no refunds.
- Any trotting is to be done in the direction away from home never in the direction of home.
- Lessee is responsible for catching horse, never take food or treats into pasture situation, it is dangerous. Give treats or reward after removing from pasture, this keeps horse easy to catch.
- Lessee is responsible for grooming of horse, the proper technique will be demonstrated.
- Each horse is assigned a saddle, they are numbered and are not to be switched.
- Do not take horse out at feeding time allow at least one hour for horse to eat. Feeding time is 7am and 4pm.
- Any riding after hours, after 5pm must be cleared in advance, for safety reasons no one goes out alone on trail after dark.
